We provide guidance to buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, investors, developers and other parties in full range of commercial real estate services, including: Letters of Intent, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases, 1031 Exchanges, and Joint Venture Agreements.

Biography

Mr. Olguin is an attorney working in the land use and development, commercial real estate, and corporate practice areas representing real estate owners, developers and builders, including local and national clients, in all aspects of land use entitlement, economic incentive, and corporate matters. Extensive experience working with local government planning and economic development staffs, and appearing before boards, commissions, and elected officials to address business and legal issues that arise with the entitlement of land. Land use and development services include: annexation and development agreements; zoning map and text amendments; planned developments; variances and special use permits; subdivisions; and building permits. Related areas of experience include: liquor and business licenses; all phases of tax increment financing; sales tax rebate agreements; property tax abatements and other economic incentives. Diverse experience in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate transactions whether by individuals, partnerships, corporations, or limited liability companies. Currently represents and advises a diverse client base, from closely-held and family-owned businesses to multinational corporations, in a wide range of legal and business transactions.
